We understand that your plans sometimes change. That is why we try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible with our Flexible Reschedule Policy. What does this mean?
Free Rescheduling: You can always reschedule any tour without penalty if done 48 hours prior to tour time.
Free Rescheduling Anytime: On tours that do NOT include attraction ticket purchases, you’d be able to reschedule your tour anytime without penalty even if you missed the tour. Check the policy tab within the specific tour to see if your tour allows free rescheduling anytime.
Rescheduling Fee: On tours that DO include attraction ticket purchases, you’d be able to reschedule your tour anytime (even if you missed the tour) to another tour by just paying a rescheduling fee. Check the policy tab within the specific tour to see the amount of this rescheduling fee.
NY Pass: For NY Pass holders, you can always reschedule as long as your NY Pass is valid. If your NY Pass is no longer valid on your rescheduled tour date, you’ll be charged for the full amount of the tour.
Refund after rescheduling: Once you have been rescheduled, there can be no refunds if you decide not to take the tour.
